Refund and Return Policy
Kapow’s easy return policy for customers.

If there is something that has been damaged or misrepresented, then you can return or exchange it within 21 days of the purchase date. We do accept returns for purchases made online.
Items must be mailed to the store (Address Given Below) and a refund will be given in the same way the initial payment was made if accepted. Products must remain in their original packaging, then need to be boxed and returned with the receipt . If an item is shipped for a return, then fees will be deducted. Alternatively you can bring the products intended for exchange or return to the store. The store does have the right to refuse refunds on items opened or if damage occurred after the item left kapow. You will receive your refund with in 10 business days from the date of return.
